The group stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup concludes today, with six matches scheduled. The highlight match is Norway vs France at 9pm CET on FOX, a clash between two undefeated and group leaders, featuring the tournament's top scorers, Erling Haaland (four goals for Norway) and Kylian Mbappé (four goals for France). Next, Spain and Uruguay will face each other at 02:00 CET in a Group H final in Guadalajara, while Belgium and New Zealand will compete at 05:00 CET in Vancouver to complete the final day of Group G. All six matches will be broadcast on FOX or FS1 and available to stream on FOX One.

Group I will be decided this afternoon at Boston Stadium when Norway takes on France. A highly anticipated match is expected between two teams who have already secured the pass to the round of 32, but who will compete for first place in the group. Thanks to a superior goal difference, France will win the group even if the match ends in a draw.

Both Senegal and Iraq will take the field in the same Group I, but both without points after losing to Norway and France. This match is not just a routine match; although a draw would eliminate both teams, a win would give them a slight chance of advancing as one of the top eight third-placed teams. It will be interesting to see if three points will be enough, depending on the final results and the goal differences in the other groups.

Another match to watch is the one between Spain and Uruguay, which will take place at the Guadalajara Stadium in Mexico to close out Group H action. Spain currently leads the group with four points, while Uruguay is in a tough position with just two points. Led by Marcelo Bielsa, considered one of the most influential coaches of his generation, Uruguay has disappointed in this World Cup, remaining stuck with two draws. They will need to win against Spain to have any chance of advancing, but recent performances are not in the team's favour, who have not won in six matches.

Finally, Cape Verde will face Saudi Arabia in Houston, with the winner likely advancing to the knockout round. Cape Verde achieved two draws, while Saudi Arabia gained one point. Cape Verde proved to be one of the surprises of the tournament, and a win could secure her entry into the knockouts, although a draw might be enough based on other results.

As for Belgium and New Zealand, they both need to win to hope to progress to the next round. Belgium, currently in third place with two points, did not show good attacking performances, having only scored one own goal. With a win, the Red Devils could move up to five points and keep their hopes of advancing alive.

Finally, Iran and Egypt will compete at Seattle Stadium, where at least one of the two teams will have the chance to advance. Egypt leads Group G with four points and has Liverpool phenomenon Mohamed Salah in their team, who could prove decisive for progressing to the next round. Iran, for its part, is the underdog and will have to approach the match aggressively to hope to advance.
