Rayan Cherki came on as a substitute in France's 4-1 win against Norway, in which Ousmane Dembélé scored a stunning hat-trick. The victory allows France to finish first in Group I. The match was characterized by the absence of Erling Haaland, while Dembélé took advantage of the opportunity to shine, scoring three goals in 32 minutes. Norway, for its part, decided to field a much changed lineup, with 10 different starters compared to the previous match, a decision that also ruled out the option of playing Erling Haaland. France immediately took control of the match and broke the deadlock in the 7th minute with a goal from Dembélé, who doubled the lead in the 20th minute. Norway closed the gap in the 21st minute with a goal from Thelo Aasgaard, but Dembélé brought the gap back to two goals soon after, in the 24th minute, with a third goal. After the break, the match lost some intensity, and the only goal of the second half came from Désiré Doué, who also came on as a substitute.
