West Ham United, relegated to the Championship at the end of this season, have published the list of players who will leave the club. Łukasz Fabiański and Adama Traoré will say goodbye when their respective contracts expire on 30 June. French central defender Axel Disasi returns to Chelsea at the end of his loan, having made 17 appearances across the Premier League and FA Cup, scoring against Leeds in the sixth round. Youth team players Michael Forbes, Junior Robinson, Tyron Akpata, Daniel Rigge, David Chigwada and Tom Wooster will also leave the club this summer.
