Seyed Cyrus Pourmousavi, coach of the Oil Industry, gave an interview in which he talks about his team's objectives and difficulties. Here are the coach's statements reported by "Varzesh 3".

"The victory against Ebrachi's Alumini was well deserved. The boys played with great motivation and intensity. The pre-match training wasn't enough to introduce schemes and tactics, so I had to work above all on the psychological part.

Alumini is a strong team, built well. I don't want this defeat to affect their morale, because they are a valuable team. It was essential for us to win this match, and we did it.

Before my hiring, it was said that my choice to lead the Oil Industry was due to reasons of strength, that is, that I would only accept the leadership of the team if the economic problems were resolved. It is true?

In fact, at the beginning of the season, I was one of the candidates to lead the Oil Industry, but for reasons that cannot be explained here, I was not chosen. This time I was chosen as the third option, because the management spoke with other coaches. When I was offered the Oil Industry bench, I had to take many things into consideration, and the most important thing was knowing that the economic problems would be solved. Because if the players don't receive their salaries, it's clear that they can't perform at their best, and a coach can't do much in these situations.

The promises made by the management were to resolve the economic problems, because it is important that the players feel that the management is at their side and supports them.

Will there be any new additions to the team? Unfortunately there will be no new additions, or rather, there are no players who can be signed now and who can make an immediate contribution to the team. We have to work with the players we have, to improve their physical condition and to make sure they understand the game plans.

In January we will be able to focus on strengthening the team.

Does the team perceive the risk of relegation? We don't think about relegation. I told the boys that we have to fight until the end to stay in the category, and we must never give up. Our fans expect results from us, and we must do everything to make them happy.

The next match will be difficult, against Tractor away. For us every match is difficult at the moment, but it will also be difficult for Tractor to face us, because we go there to get a positive result, and we will take the field to win, without thinking that it is a difficult field or a difficult team to face.
