Darmian, Obrador, Cacciamani: Torino 2026/27 gives great priority to the external lanes
Torino is planning the transfer market for the 2026/27 season, with a particular focus on the external flanks. Among the names being explored for the right lane is Matteo Darmian, while for the left the positions of Rafael Obrador and Zakaria Aboukhlal are being evaluated. Alessio Cacciamani, a young offensive winger, could also have an opportunity.
Torino does not yet have a guide for next season, but is already starting to outline its strategies on the transfer market. Given that the strong candidates for the Granata bench are Ignazio Abate and Alberto Aquilani and considering that both have one of the cornerstones of their football in the exploitation of the external lanes, that will be one of the first areas of the pitch to be shored up.
As for the right wing, we need a replacement to join Pedersen. On the left front, however, much will depend on the issue linked to Rafael Obrador: the Spaniard arrived from Benfica on a loan with the right to buy for 9 million, in Turin he has found continuity in his play and the club will try to confirm this by re-discussing the figure with the Portuguese. Also at stake on that side is Zakaria Aboukhlal: who arrived as an attacking winger for Baroni's 4-2-3-1, he then moved back his range of action but ended the season in February due to a knee problem. The Moroccan will be evaluated in training camp as will Alessio Cacciamani, an offensive winger from the Toro school who showed off his talents last year at Juve Stabia.
