The match between Belgium and Iran has just ended, valid for the second round of group G of the 2026 World Cup, which took place at the SoFi stadium in Inglewood, in the United States. The match, refereed by the Argentine Dario Herrera, ended with the score 1-0 for Belgium. The only goal of the match was scored in the 72nd minute by Romelu Lukaku. However, there was a sending off for the Belgians: in the 67th minute Natan N'Goy was sent off. The player had come on in the second half, precisely in the 46th minute, and therefore his presence on the pitch lasted only 21 minutes. N'Goy is the first player sent off at the 2026 World Cup.
